Founded in 2023 by Kaz Jaffer after 20+ years with Brookfield, Cushman & Wakefield, and other major private investment firms, Finalyze delivers specialized financial services for businesses that build, invest, and grow.

In 2026, Finalyze welcomed Jag Singh, CPA, LPA as Co-Managing Partner of Finalyze LLP — expanding our capabilities to include assurance, advanced tax planning, and estate strategies. Finalyze LLP allows us to support you through every stage of growth, from operational finance to audit, restructuring, and succession, with the same trusted advisory team.

With nearly two decades of senior finance experience, Kaz brings institutional-level expertise to entrepreneurs optimizing cash flow, minimizing taxes, and scaling strategically.

He's guided businesses from startup to high growth across multiple industries, and in real estate has worked with portfolios, institutional REIT funds, development projects, and launched funds across all major asset classes.
