After a 20-year career in finance spanning multiple industries Kaz founded Finalyze
with
the objective of providing institutional quality capital and financial management to
mid-sized real estate investors and developers.
Within real estate, Kaz has held senior finance roles with Forum Asset Management,
Cushman & Wakefield, Venterra Realty, and Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions.
Finalyze's clients benefit from his hands-on experience with Canadian and US real
estate, having worked on all aspects of the capital cycle for open and closed ended
funds as well as real estate development. Kaz has successfully led these real estate
