Kaz Jaffer
After a 20-year career in finance spanning multiple industries Kaz founded Finalyze
with
the objective of providing institutional quality capital and financial management to
mid-sized real estate investors and developers.
Within real estate, Kaz has held senior finance roles with Forum Asset Management,
Cushman & Wakefield, Venterra Realty, and Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions.

estate, having worked on all aspects of the capital cycle for open and closed ended
